The registration fees (regular and student) to the conference include:
- Scientific program (access to keynotes, technical sessions, exhibition)
- Up to two paper submissions for presenting authors
- Lunches and coffee breaks at the conference venue (May 21, 22 and 23)
- Social events (welcome reception May 20, wine&cheese tasting on May 21, visit to Mont-Saint-Michel and gala dinner on May 22)
To ensure inclusion of papers in the program and in the proceedings, authors need to register until March 31st, 2025.

The pre-conference course can be booked separately or in addition to the registration at the conference. The registration fees (regular and student) to the course include:
- Participation to one of the two pre-conference courses (to be indicated in the registration form) on May 20
- Lunch and coffee breaks
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the conference secretariat. The following conditions will be applied:
- If a participant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizers, someone else from the same institute/organization.
- Registrations cancelled until April 15, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled from April 16, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
Reimbursement will be processed after the conference.
In the event that the organization committee cancels the pre-conference course due to an insufficient number of registrations, the related course registration fees will be fully reimbursed to the participants.
